Digital guides

Because every guide is delivered as a PDF and an ePub download, General Information does not accept returns once the files have been sent. The trade-off is that a copy is yours, permanently, from the moment it lands in your inbox.

Something wrong with the file

If a file is corrupt, missing pages, or the wrong title, write to editor@lovegivers.org and the editor will re-send the file at once. If the re-send does not fix the problem, a full refund is issued to the same card, no questions asked.

Library licences

Annual library licences are refundable in the first fourteen days, provided that no downloads have been made against the licence. After fourteen days, or after the first download, the licence stands for its full term.

How to ask

Write to editor@lovegivers.org with the title of the guide (or the licence number, for library licences). Refunds are issued within one working week and always to the original method of payment.
