Response times
Slow, on purpose.
Every note is read by the editor. That means replies arrive in days, not minutes — usually inside the working week, occasionally longer around a title going to print. If a message needs a fast answer, put "urgent" in the subject line and it will jump the queue.
Orders are usually confirmed within a working day, with the files attached to the confirmation. If a file has not arrived after three working days, write again — a message may have been caught in a spam filter.
